Buitink Technology developed a mobile, light weight lifting system for boats and catamarans.
An inflatable lifting system is used for boats and catamarans to be lifted out of the water on any location. It enables direct maintenance and parts replacement at location. Often when a boat needs to be repaired no harbour with a boat lift is available nearby.
The lifting system of Buitink Technology can be applied anywhere on the water to lift a (part of a) boat or catamaran out of the water.
Properties of lift system with 2 tubes
- The system consists of 2 inflatable tubes, an airblower system with pressure control and a manifold with valves to control the airinput to the tubes.
- The MOC of the tubes is a flexible material while the coupling is realiozed with ties and ropes. No steel or synthetic material is used.
- Slings, mounted inside the skin of the tubes are mutually connected through "dyneema" knots. Risk of damaging the boat is virtually zero.
- The system has a maximum lifting capacity (WLL) of about 42 tons

Transport and storage
